I'M BACK!
Hey girls, sorry for disappearing for a while.
I’ve been stuck on a shift that starts 5AM every morning, and no one knows when it will end… so not to mention taking a photo of what to wear, but don’t even have time to change it out from my pjs.
So let me fill everyone up with some photos I’ve taken throughout the summer/winter/fall…and so on so on…
btw…hope everyone is doing great here!
- This is an very comfortable outfit to the beach. I have a pair of blue shorts that I bought from ‘CLUB MONACO’ 2 years ago, and surprisingly they still fit me! For the top I have a no sleeves shirt from ‘FOREVER 21′ for $8.99 and it is so soft and thin, it’s perfect for the hot hot weather.

- What I have here are the perfect casual wear to work. Inspired by some Korean TV drama I’ve been addicted to recently, most of the Korean girl dress like this, and I find the layers are very interesting and also it doesn’t look back at all. I used to think that long layer inside short layer can be a little bit odd but after trying on this look, I loved it.

A Tee shirt and shorts? On a “fashion” blog?!!!??

And why not? I’m moving towards tees myself, and I like these looser ones with sleeves other than cap sleeves. And I need a pair of nice formal shorts. Anyone know where I can score some?

Love shorts and tee’s myself! I did a lot of variations of shorts in different lengths with loose cotton tops or kurti’s in the summer and added leggings as fall set in. If it’s what I wore today, it’s what I’d post too!

Ella, is your second outfit all in one colour family? I tried that with black and grey and liked it. Will have to collect more pieces to try out all blues or greens

To ET, I’ve always love the similar color outfit. The second outfit is kinda like grey/beige ish color combo. I’ve seen a lot of hollywood examples with Jeans, and those washed denim shirt and it does not look bad…I know it sounds weird…definetly try it out. Or you could do all blue color family, or I have some greens as well.

To ET, formal shorts are so simple and easy to wear. My shorts in the first outfit is actually a formal shorts from Club Monaco. But it wears in both ways. Club Monaco is a good place to go to and also Suzy Sheir (not sure if this is how you spell it) and also I think Banana Republic has great formal shorts as well.

Thanks Ella. Will definitely throw some hints in Dee’s direction about the shorts.

ET, formal shorts are fabulous this season at The Express, (lovely wool/tweed ones with lace)- very tailored fit too! Also at H&M (linen blends) and MNG/Mango.

Thanks Sheeba. I particularly love tweed.
